QD Stores is a well-known high-street retailer with locations across East Anglia and the Home Counties. They sell everything from garden furniture to pet supplies, grocery items and more, in-store and online, all at quality discount prices.
Affinity has worked with the QD Group across its brands for many years and has been involved in everything from SEO to PPC campaigns, web development, out-of-home advertising and more. When they began discussing paid social campaigns to acquire new customers and retarget any lapsed ones, we were up to speed on the brand and well-placed to provide support.

Due to their varied product range, store distribution and delivery capabilities, we proceeded with a nationwide campaign on Facebook and Instagram that targeted seasonal trends and popular items. We used audience interests and demographics to best identify the ideal customers and employed pixel processing to determine previous visitors to their site who could be moved further down the purchasing funnel.
