eCommerce / Shopify / B2CNu U are a premium Nutrition and supplement supplier with many years of successful retailing multi channel retailing. They provide a wide range of effective and highly tested supplements to help improve health and support people's well-being.
Affinity's brief was to improve the design and functionality and user experience of NuU's previous Shopify Plus website. This was to be allied to increase conversion rates and improve the site/page speeds.
Initially Affinity's Insights and Creative team produced an accessibility and design audit plus a deep-dive Shopify store analysis. This audit looked at areas for improvement whilst identifying unnecessary apps/unused code that were slowing down the page speed. It also examined the user journey identifying how the purchase could be optimised. The result of this was to determine a new theme design and build would be required.
The new site has delivered improved navigation, homepage, product listings and product detail pages. Huge improvements have been achieved on Mobile and Desktop speeds delivering a faster more user focused website with custom functionality and design.
