G Baldwin & Co opened their doors in 1844 on Walworth in South East London. Whilst a lot has changed over the years, the shop gives a distinctive nod to its original store with old-fashioned counters and bottles of herbs and ointments. They have a team of experienced and skilled staff, including certified herbalist consultants, offering a unique service to any customer in-store and online. 

Affinity has partnered with Baldwins for many years, working on all things digital, from website redevelopment to email marketing campaigns.

As part of their digital management, Affinity was appointed to manage all aspects of their organic social media strategy. To begin with, Affinity conducted an extensive social media audit, evaluating key competition in the market and their existing social media channels, Facebook and Instagram.

We implemented a strategy to target the health-conscious UK market, appealing to shoppers looking for alternative and natural products. Affinity capitalised on Baldwin’s wide product range and extensive health knowledge to help inform and assist shoppers, whilst maintaining their exposure and engagement levels on social media.
