Founded in 1971 Chaneco footwear is manufactured in Northampton, England - The heart of the British footwear industry.
Affinity was commissioned to design and build a new eCommerce site for Chaneco together with 2 additional sites for their sister brands.
Previously the company were utilising the Magento platform but was keen to improve the user journey and checkout experience. Together with the desire to allow online configuration and purchase of their custom-made and stock orthotics product range, it was felt that a different platform would suit both the technical and front-end requirements - both at launch and in the future.
Following platform and budget evaluation it was agreed WooCommerce would offer the flexibility to achieve these objectives and Affinity set about to design a new, fresh and easy-to-use eCommerce site.
