With roots tracing back more than 150 years, Arnolds Keys is the largest independent estate agency in Norfolk and has offices in the heart of Norwich city and three further afield in the county. From residential sales and lettings to commercial and agricultural properties, they have highly skilled staff with expert local knowledge on hand to help with whatever property requirements you may have.

Having worked with Arnolds Keys for several years, Affinity was asked to handle the development of a brand refresh with complete usage guidelines and oversee the implementation of the new branding across their online and offline marketing channels. We supported them with sourcing and creation of literature, roadside advertising, leaflet campaigns and online content. Additionally, they requested assistance in the creation of a new catalogue for their sister company, Keys Holiday Cottages which primarily manages holiday lettings in north Norfolk.

We liaise closely with the Arnolds Keys senior management team and provide month-to-month marketing support to ensure consistent messaging and opportunities as needed.
