From humble beginnings in 1950's with the manufacture of fishing nets to becoming the leading UK sports manufacturer Harrod have become an enviable reputation for innovative product design. Harrod Horticultural launched in 2000 and Affinity have supported Harrod's digital presence since 2011.
After Affinity's first eCommerce implementation for Harrod and subsequent development it was time for their 4th generation responsive site.
Following a strategic 12 month CRO programme Affinity had not only gained valuable insights but had already been fine tuning the conversion rates across the site. These learnings proved invaluable to insure the new site portrayed Harrod's products at their best, presented an intuitive user journey and an optimised buying process.
Since the launch the site has been very well received with great feedback from existing and new customers. This together with continued improvements with conversion rates and revenue have contributed to a very successful relaunch.
